15 Yea, and they did keep the law of Moses; for it was expedient that they should keep the law of Moses as yet, for it was not all fulfilled. But notwithstanding the law of Moses, they did look forward to the coming of Christ, considering that the law of Moses was a type of his coming, and believing that they must keep those outward performances until the time that he should be revealed unto them.
I wish I knew more about the law of Moses. I guess I could if I really wanted to. Nothing's stopping me.
I'm also especially curious to know what it was like to believe in and follow Christ before He was born. They didn't know about Him like we do, yet they still believed and followed what they did know, so steadfastly.
We have His life, teachings, examples, miracles, death, suffering and Resurrection and testimonies of Him in our pockets, at arms length - always.
But do I believe and follow Him in the same way as they did, who had none of these things?
I wish I could talk to them.
